10. If the Company suspects any fraudulent activity on your part or if any payments you have made are subject to chargebacks, the Company reserves the right to withhold funds from your account. Additionally, if necessary, the Company may initiate legal proceedings to recover any owed payments. You agree to fully settle any outstanding balances with the Company or its payment providers in relation to your Casino use. Furthermore, you agree not to reverse, cancel, or dispute any deposits, and any such action will result in the forfeiture of winnings. 12. If you have a dispute regarding a Game outcome, you must submit a written complaint within fourteen (14) days. In the case of any discrepancy between the results displayed on your Casino software and the official Casino server records, the latter shall be deemed the final and authoritative outcome.

13. You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on winnings or prizes collected from the Company.

14. Identity verification through documentation is mandatory. You will be required to provide:

• A recent utility bill (dated within the last two months) verifying your address

14.1 If your account was funded using a credit card, you must also submit:

• Clear, color copies of the front and back of the credit card(s);
• Identification documents of the credit card owner.

15. Withdrawals will generally be processed back to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. Fair Go Casino retains the right to determine the final withdrawal method. Withdrawals are only permitted to accounts that are owned and controlled by the registered account holder.

16. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to introduce new games or activities to the Casino or remove existing ones at any time.

17. Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive, and any remaining balance will be forfeited.

20. If you are found to be cheating, attempting fraud, or making false and/or defamatory statements about the Company, the Company reserves the right to disclose your actions, identity, and email address. 21. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, along with its employees, officers, directors, licensees, distributors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, media partners, agents, and retailers, from any liabilities, costs, damages, or expenses resulting from: (i) accessing, using, or reusing the website, (ii) utilizing any materials from the website, (iii) accessing, using, or reusing the Casino’s servers, (iv) participating in the Game, or (v) claiming any prize.

22. “Fair Go Casino” is a trademark of the Company, and you do not acquire any rights to this name, nor to any associated graphics, text, concepts, or methodologies by using the website and its content.

23. Any Game materials, whether obtained electronically or through other means, are considered void if they are counterfeited, damaged, tampered with, illegible, or reproduced through unauthorized channels. Materials containing printing, typographical, mechanical, or electronic errors will be replaced at the Company’s discretion, which is the sole liability in such cases.

24. Any materials submitted for prize claims become the property of the Company and will not be returned. The Company is not liable for any lost, delayed, incomplete, illegible, damaged, or misdirected submissions, including prize claims, mail, or requests.

25. Upon purchasing, you will receive an email confirmation. It is advisable for the cardholder to print and retain all transaction details, game rules, cancellation policies, and payment records for future reference to prevent misunderstandings.

26. All wagers must be placed using the official Fair Go Casino interface provided on the website. The use of any unauthorized means, including automated “robot” players, is strictly prohibited. If unauthorized client software is detected, Management reserves the right to void all affected wagers, cancel accounts, or take other necessary actions.

27. Players must roll over their deposit at least once before being eligible to withdraw funds from their account.

32. Players are prohibited from using inappropriate, offensive, or discriminatory language in their usernames, including but not limited to profanity, sexist, or racist terms. The Casino reserves the right to take corrective actions, including account closure, in response to violations of this policy.

33. These Terms and Conditions constitute the full, final, and exclusive agreement between you and the Company, superseding all prior agreements, representations, and understandings related to your participation in the Casino.

34. In compliance with Anti-Money Laundering regulations, Players must meet playthrough requirements before requesting a payout.

For the sake of fair gaming, maximum bet limits are in place for all bonus playthroughs, including cashback promotions. The highest allowed bet is $10 unless otherwise specified. Placing a bet exceeding $10 during a bonus playthrough will result in the voiding of any promotion-related winnings.

1. Only players with a registered Real account are eligible for promotions. Bonuses can only be claimed once per household or account, according to our terms of use. If a second account is found, it will be closed, and any bonuses and winnings may be voided.
2. Each promotion is generally limited to one per person, family, household, email address, credit card number, or shared computer environment (e.g., university, school, library, workplace).

4. Bonuses will be credited as a Bonus Balance to the Player’s Real Account until the promotion’s terms are met, after which the balance will be moved to the Withdrawable Balance.
5. Unless stated otherwise, free bonuses must be wagered at least 60 times before withdrawal requests can be made. Wagering on Blackjack, Video Poker, Craps, American Roulette, Baccarat, and other table or non-slot games does not contribute to this requirement.
6. A promotion is considered complete when wagering requirements are met or the balance drops below $1. If a cash-out limit applies, only the maximum cash-out amount will be transferred to the Withdrawable Balance; any excess will be deducted by the system.
7. Players with pending withdrawals cannot claim any bonuses until the withdrawals are processed or canceled.
8. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers or an existing account balance. If bonuses are redeemed on top of an active balance, any winnings will be voided, and the initial deposit will be refunded.

11. Deposit bonuses at Fair Go! are cashable. No deposit bonuses have a maximum cash-out limit, typically 5x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
12. A minimum deposit of $20 is required for all deposit bonuses unless otherwise stated.
13. If you wish to withdraw winnings from a deposit bonus, free bonus, or cashback, at least one withdrawal must be initiated within 150 days of coupon redemption. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your winnings.
14. Bets on Red or Black in Roulette are not allowed. Any winnings from such bets will be void. Bets on European Roulette with an active bonus are also prohibited.
15. No deposit bonuses have a maximum cash-out of 5x the bonus amount, unless specified otherwise. For example, a $100 bonus can have a maximum cash-out of $500. This rule is only waived once the customer’s balance is below $1.
16. Wagering requirements for deposit bonus coupons are 30 times the sum of the deposit and bonus unless otherwise stated. These must be completed for each deposit bonus and will be annulled once the balance reaches $0.
17. Winnings from any deposit-based reward bonuses (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, etc.) will not be honored if the deposit is below $5.
18. Players cannot claim multiple free bonuses consecutively without a real money deposit in between. Management reserves the right to void any bonuses and winnings in such cases, including winnings from Free Roll Tournaments.
19. As per Promotional Terms #17, winnings from comp points earned via consecutive free bonuses may be considered void.
20. Players who have not made a deposit can claim free money offers only once, including welcome bonuses, no deposit bonuses, birthday bonuses, and free spins. Any winnings from additional offers will be void.
21. Players whose last deposit was over three months ago are not eligible for a withdrawal upon claiming a free bonus.
22. The maximum amount players can redeem from free promotions is $180 AUD. Any remaining funds beyond this limit will be removed after processing the withdrawal.
23. Withdrawals from free bonus promotions between $25 and $50 require verification through a utility bill matching the address registered in the account.
24. Winnings from duplicate accounts will be void and removed from the accounts.
25. Restrictions on game play apply only to free bonuses. After meeting the wagering requirements, players can play any casino games.
26. 28. Fair Go Casino acknowledges that some free bonus links may be shared on other sites, forums, or sent to unintended recipients. If we determine that a player did not receive a promotion through the designated exclusive channels, we reserve the right to refuse any withdrawal requests, even if the player has met the wagering requirements.
29. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. 31. Instant Cashback Promotion Terms: Players can claim a 25% cashback (or 40% for VIPs) on any busted deposit of at least $10, made without using a deposit bonus. The cashback is subject to a 10x playthrough (with wagering varying by game). The balance must be below $1 to claim the cashback. Players do not have to redeem the cashback after every deposit and may claim it on deposits made up to one month prior to the cashback request.

By entering slot tournaments, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Tournament Buy-Ins, Add-Ons, and Re-Buys will be deducted directly from your real money account balance. Bonuses cannot be used to cover Buy-Ins, Add-Ons, or Re-Buys for slot tournaments.
